Studio Apartment
 The Studio
apartment (sleeping 2/3) provides accommodation on the first
floor with one double bedroom, a single bathroom and open
plan sitting room and kitchen combined with beautiful views
across Duart Bay towards Lismore and the Sound of Mull. On
the ground floor the accommodation comprises a second single
bedroom and downstairs cloakroom.
The house has electric central and water heating with a gas
cooker in the kitchen. The house also has a colour
television with DVD, washing machine and fridge. There is a well equipped kitchen.
There is a small area of North East facing garden with
attractive views for use by occupants of the Studio. There
is a gate at the bottom of the main garden which belongs to
the other dwellings and leads down towards the beach.
The apartment has a housekeeper who holds the keys and will
open the
 Studio in preparation for your arrival. We do not
normally provide sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers or
towels, so please bring your own. The beds all have pillows
and duvets. A cot and high chair are available on
request.
The Studio provides the discerning holiday maker with all
the ingredients for a perfect relaxing holiday in the beauty
of the Scottish Highlands. Mull is magical and above all,
offers a different way of life and we hope you will enjoy
your stay.
 How to get there
Caledonian
MacBrayne operates a regular ferry service to Mull with the
main ferry being from Oban to Craignure and a smaller one
from Lochaline to Fishnish. There are separate Summer and
Winter timetables and the inquiry office can be reached on
08705 650000 (www.calmac.co.uk/reserve).
On arrival at Craignure, turn left off the ferry ramp along
the 'main' road, continue for about 1.75 miles (passing
Torosay Castle to the left) and then turn left as the road
starts to go uphill on the road signposted Kilpatrick and
Duart Castle.
Proceed for about 0.5 mile along a winding road and you will
see the Studio and Kilpatrick Farmhouse off to the left.
Open the white metal gate and take the left fork in the
drive towards the Studio. Please park in front of the Studio
in the parking area. Could you please remember to keep this
gate closed at all times.
